Water/Wastewater Rate Reduction Incentive
The Water/Wastewater Rate Reduction Incentive provides water and sewer fee and rate reductions for specific commercial and residential projects approved by the Rutland City Board of Aldermen.
This opportunity is provided on top of the dramatically lowered water and sewer rates established for housing development in effect until 2028. Contact the Rutland City DPW for current rates for all land uses: www.rutlandcity.org
Commercial/Industrial Tax Stabilization
The City of Rutland offers commercial and industrial property tax stabilization to qualifying properties, on a project by project basis. Applications are reviewed by the RRA and approved by the Rutland City Board of Aldermen.
