About Rutland TIF

The Rutland TIF District Master Plan outlines 11 potential private developments contingent on 8 critical infrastructure projects funded by the City, which would not be possible but for TIF. These developments could include 385 housing units, a hotel, and additional retail spaces, which have the potential to yield $60+ Million in the City’s grand list growth.
